Farm News

Our sheep and goats harvest sunlight in the form of native grasses, forages and browse. When sunlight falls on bare ground or pavement it is wasted. But when it falls on grass, brush and trees carbon dioxide is taken out of the air and stored in the plants’ stems, leaves and root systems where it supports living things. Including our sheep and goats.

We use a holistic management system that combines humane livestock protocols with healthy, diverse, productive and sustainable land use practices as demonstrated in the following farm notes.
