What Do Grass Fed Sheep Eat? (Infographic)

Do you know what grass fed sheep eat? Surprise! It’s not just grass! Although, grass is their primary forage other foods are highly desired. In the upper Midwest the growing season for lush grass and clovers is short. Forage brassicas such as turnips, rape, and pumpkins are highly nutritious and extends the grazing season into late fall and early winter.
